If you have not yet prepared your images for submission please see the Submission Info page for information and preparation of images for submission prior to completing the Artist Submission Form.

Online Submission Form:

Please use the Artist Submission Form below to apply and have your work or portfolio reviewed for gallery representation or an exhibit. You can also print out an Artist Submission Form and send to the Studio/Gallery via regular snail mail to the address below. You will be directed to the Submission Payment Center after you complete the form.

Entry Fees and Uploading Images:
Application and images should be submitted anytime before the entry deadline via our online Artists Submission Form or mailed to the address below.

The Open Exhibit and 50/50 Contest Submission fees are $10.00 per image. There is no limit to the number of submitted images. For more than 10 images you must complete and submit the form a second time. The Portfolio Review fee is $75.00 USD for TEN (10) images.If you are accepted to as a resident artist the review fee will apply to your exhibitors contract.  Please complete all fields as indicated by (Required) along with any additional information that you would like to provide

Portfolio Review Fee:
After you complete the submission form you will be directed to the Submission Payment Center. There you may pay securely online with your credit card with or without a PayPal account through PayPal. You may otherwise pay by check by making checks payable to Gallery of Hope and remit to:
